The Journey

I just have a question for today.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you and expected end.

If you knew all the details of the Journey God has for you, I mean the beginning to the end, would you be able to go through it all? Well, you are aware of the beginning but what about the middle part? All the trials, the heartbreak, the bumps and bruises, all the middle parts, to get to the place where God has the planned outcome for you! Think about Joseph, where he started what he had to endure to get where he was. Sold into slavery accused of crimes, thrown into prison ....... We see the beginning, we see the result, but do we consider the middle?

The message on Sunday night was just that. It had me sitting up thinking about the journey I am on and how I have reacted to it so far, I'm nowhere near where God wants me to be, but trusting Him I will go through it to get to where I need to be. Praying that I don't kick and scream about it anymore! I will do my best to be a witness of His goodness and mercy.
