At our Sunday Evening Service, we offer a time of worship, prayer and reflection starting at 6pm. We strive to honor God and serve Him in a meaningful way as we come together to worship. All are welcome to come and experience a time of peace and joy.

Our Wednesday Evening Service offers an opportunity to delve deeper into the Word of God and learn what the Bible says about many topics. Join us as we explore passages of Scripture and gain a better understanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Come join us for Sunday morning worship! Our Sunday School service begins at 10am, Worship Service begins at 11am, uplifting traditional music, a sermon from the pastor, and an opportunity to share in fellowship with others in the community. We look forward to seeing you!

The Church's Secretary gives support to the Pastor by managing the Church's records, taking minutes during meetings, maintaining the Church's calendar and updating the Website. The Secretary works closely with the Pastor to ensure the Church is organized and efficient.

Brother AJ Posey
Ordained into the ministry of God July 23rd, 2023. Brother AJ Posey also became the Associate Pastor by unanimous vote!
I was saved in 1998 here in Odessa, Texas while going through a rough time. Like many people I back slid for a while, after meeting my wife and losing her for 27 minutes to death, we knew we had to get back to church and strive to get into the will of God. I began to study the Word and was feeling the call of God for a larger purpose in my life. Realizing it was the call to become a Preacher I ran for some time, but you can't run from God for long. I became a Deacon to learn as much as I could from our Pastor Wayne Shelton. My beautiful wife has graciously and fully accepted the call to be a Preachers Wife. My goal is to see lost souls saved!

When God is calling a person to the ministry it's never easy. Just attending church service is no longer enough, there is a discomfort in just attending and not doing something more! At that point I knew there was more God wanted from me. God calls everyone in different ways, we must be willing to hear the call. Many times answering the call is difficult, yet not answering will bring misery.
in 1974, in Lubbock, Texas I answered God with one word, YES, and He gave me the peace in knowing I'm doing what the Father ask of me. Preaching the Word of God is my calling, and I couldn't imagine my life without this opportunity to grow the Kingdom of God!
Following Christ is never an easy thing to do in this world, but not following makes for an eternity of misery!

Working for the Lord in any way is a joy. I was brought in to help Brother Wayne with the secretarial side of the offices, He knew I needed something to do with my time since my husband was called home to Glory. I attended a few collage classes many years ago which taught me how to file, type, bookkeeping, and many other things I never really used until I began this work at the church. God knew I would use this knowledge in the future to do what He needed of me.
